Thank you for shopping with Bare Base Beauty. We are committed to delivering your grooming and styling gadgets safely and efficiently to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our delivery timeframes, courier networks, and liability terms.
1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We ship to all valid physical addresses within the borders of South Africa.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as a physical signature is required upon delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order totals.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated Delivery Time: All orders typically take between 8 to 11 business days to arrive at your designated delivery address from the time payment is cleared.

Processing vs. Transit: Please note that this timeframe includes both our internal processing/packaging time and the courier's transit time.

Business Days: Delivery timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Courier Network & Tracking

We partner with Aramex utilizing their premium Store-to-Door Courier service to ensure your parcel is handled safely and tracked every step of the way.

Once your package has been packed and dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique Aramex tracking number.

You can track the real-time progress of your delivery directly on the official Aramex website using the provided tracking details.
4. Third-Party Delays & Limitation of Liability

While we make every possible effort to ensure your package arrives within our estimated 8–11 business day window, Bare Base Beauty cannot be held legally or financially liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services (Aramex) or unforeseen external circumstances.

Such delays include, but are not limited to:

Adverse weather conditions.

Hijackings, vehicle breakdowns, or local protests.

Regional courier sorting depot backlogs or administrative bottlenecks.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address details provided by the customer at checkout.

Once a parcel is handed over to Aramex, transit times are completely out of our direct control. We will gladly assist you in escalating a tracking query with the courier, but a delay in transit does not automatically entitle the buyer to an immediate order cancellation or refund.
5. Delivery Tracking & Receipt

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the provided physical address to sign for the parcel during standard business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Aramex will attempt delivery to your doorstep. If no one is available to receive the parcel after repeated attempts, the package may be returned to our central depot, and the customer will be held liable for any additional re-delivery shipping fees.

Upon receiving your package, please inspect the external packaging for any severe tampering or physical damage before signing the courier's waybill.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer during the checkout process, the customer will be liable for any additional shipping or redirection charges levied by Aramex to rectify the delivery.
